Gen1. The Beggining

Okay, so a couple of the legacy rules i followed. Drew was moved in to 15 summerhill court, probably the msot expensive lot on the game, ending up with only 1,800 simoleans to her name and...a shack.

"My situation isn't as bad as it looks.."

I'm not sure if any of you are aware, but nightlife has a bug in which the well rested moodlet isnt working properly, if you kept sleeping in any bed that isnt that luxor bed or whatever its called, over about 3 days, your sims mood will be in red, and you wont be able to do anything about it. I've read about it on the internet and EA are being losers and aren't getting on it and releasing a patch, so i had to money cheat to get a luxor bed, but i made sure she had, less money than when she started, so hopefully none of you will see me as a cheater :)

At this point, Drew couldn't even afford a fridge after buying a bed and a toilet, so i bought her a bookshelf instead! At least it would come in use for skill building. Yes, bookshelf  > Food. Poor Drew. Looks like she will be stealing showers from the gym and eating other peoples picniks for a while.

"Thingsss can only get betterrrrr do do do do ... :/ "
Drews first wish was to join the medical career, so i had had her join that, and then go and play chess with Simis Bachelor in the park to try and socialize to make a freind whilst scoping out a potential husband and improving her logic for the new medical career.

Now, now, now Drew, no one is EVER going to like you if you carry on being a sore loser like that!

Drew then went to hit on 2 teenagers...ha. There seriously seems to be no eligable bachelors in sunset valley at the very start of the game. They're all either fat, ugly, or taken, to be blunt.
Drew spent the next 2 days just like i said, showering at the gym and stealing from people picniks.
When will a man cross Drews path!??

Well, things got worse for Drew even after her little Chess episode. I was getting sick of her always going to the gym to eat from their fridge so after her days pay, i moved all of the books from the bookcase in to her inventory and sold the bookcase, then bought her her very own fridge! However, after this splurge and paying her bills she was left with....25 simoleans!

"Say whaaaaat?!!"

Yep, 25 simoleans. Even after buying her a brand new shiny fridge, i still think she preferred the gym cafe, since eating on your toilet doesn't seem to make the having your own fridge situation any better than not having your own fridge...

LOL...do any of your sims do this?

So a few days later Drew had managed to save up 400 simoleans, she's on her way! AND, whilst once again showerina t the gym she met Xander clavell, hes in the criminal career which i totally do not approve of, however, he is the only male sim that wasnt taken or had been mean to Drew when they first started speaking, i jumped on this opportunity fast. Something would have to be done about that ridiculous outfit though.

After having their first kiss i made Drew propose going steady. SHIT. At this point in the game i realise that one of Xanders traits is commitment issues, now i've never dealt with a sim with this trait before, but i need a potential suitor for a husband and baby daddy not some cheater! tsk.

Just out of curiousity, and the absoloute need i was feeling to find Drew a husband, i had Drew propose to Xander to see what a sim with commitment issues would say, THE BIATCH REJECTED MY DREW. I asked him a again a little while later, and he rejected her again! It was then i realised that i had to go out and search Sunset valley for a new potential husband...

Christopher Steel! Not the best looker in the game, but he was single, and seemed nice. Lets hope there is no more last minute traits to find out. Even though Drew and Xander were still going steady she woohoo'd with Christopher while she had to chance to make life easier for me later on! Now to just dump that cheating A-hole.

Drew Dalia

A few words before..

This is my first blog! So if i'm not in tip top condition, and up to speed with all you regular bloggers, please forgive me :) Also, througout this blog, please click on the picture's to get a better look at them, i havn't quite figured out how to keep them big without them taking over my whole blog...

Now i've tried and tried and tried to play a legacy through at least ten generations on the sims 2 but i've always ended up giving up around the 3rd generation. I am aware there is a proper legacy challenge with set rules and you round up your score at the end, but i really couldnt stick to that so this blog will just be a general look in to the adventures of what my sims actually get up to! However i do like to stick to certain things the legacy challenge asks of..you know, moving your sim in to quite a big lot so they start out with the bare minimum, and no cheats of course! I mean, correct me if i am wrong, i just couldnt be bothered reading through all of the rules. I was very important to finally have a go at just blogging about a sim of mine. Anyway, if you have managed to put up with my babbling and reach this far...

....Say hello to my new legacy founder, Drew!

Drew Dalia, to be precise. I swear her hair never looked that colour in create-a-sim, i've kind of gone off it seeing it actually in the game.

As soon as i put her on her massive lot, she gave me one of the strangest looks ever, i can see i am in for a tough time with this sim, she seems a little creepy/crazy.
"What Lou? I am totally practising my Jim Carrey/Liar Liar claw impression..."

ANYWAY.
Drew's Favourites are: Autumn salad, Hip Hop music, and the colour Lime.
Her traits: Workaholic, Good, Handy, Genius, and family orientated.
LTW: World reknowned surgeon.

So the adventure begins!
